Principles of Lean Manufacturing Training
APS utilizes a standard set of practical Lean Manufacturing Toolsets proven to add great business value in real world settings. APS can provide a standardized 4-hour onsite training session for up to 30 team members at a time, or, can create a training program tailored to your specific business needs and preferences. Training materials can be provided to you in electronic and/or paper format per your preference.

APS has real world working level experience managing Quality Control in real world manufacturing settings. APS can provide a standardized 4-hour onsite training session for up to 30 team members or can create a training program tailored to your specific business needs and preferences. Training materials can be provided to you in electronic and/or paper format per your preference. Basic concepts include how to effectively work with measurement systems, managing process variation and process controls, manage the cost of quality, ensure Customer Satisfaction, ensure proper internal training, and ensure internal work instructions and standardized operating procedures are effective for your business. APS can also work onsite with your team to provide guidance and support if you are seeking formal ISO, Automotive, or other industry level quality certifications. APS is not a Registrar and does not provide industry level certifications. However, we can be of great value to you if you are pursuing these objectives.
